How to Uninstall Musix Driver Care

Method 1: Uninstall via Windows Settings (Recommended)
Open Windows Settings
Press Win + I to open Settings, or click the Start menu and select the gear icon.
Navigate to Apps > Installed Apps
In Windows 11, go to Apps > Installed Apps. In Windows 10, go to Apps > Apps & features.
Search for "Musix Driver Care"
Use the search bar to find "Musix Driver Care" in your list of installed applications.
Click Uninstall
Click the three-dot menu (⋯) next to Musix Driver Care and select Uninstall. Click Uninstall again to confirm.
Follow the Prompts
Follow the on-screen uninstallation wizard to complete the process. You may be asked to restart your computer.
Method 2: Uninstall via Control Panel
- Open the Control Panel (search for it in the Start menu).
- Go to Programs > Programs and Features (or Uninstall a program).
- Find Musix Driver Care in the list of installed programs.
- Right-click on it and select Uninstall.
- Follow the prompts to complete the uninstallation.
What Gets Removed
When you uninstall Musix Driver Care, the following will be removed from your computer:
- Application files: All program files installed in the Musix Driver Care directory.
- Registry entries: Configuration and settings stored in the Windows Registry.
- Start menu shortcuts: Desktop and Start menu shortcuts created during installation.
- Scheduled tasks: Any automated scan schedules set up within the application.
- Temporary files: Cached data and temporary downloads.
What Doesn't Get Removed
For your safety, the following items are preserved after uninstallation:
- Driver backups: Any driver backups you created will remain in your chosen backup folder. You can manually delete these if you no longer need them.
- Updated drivers: Drivers that were installed or updated through Musix Driver Care will remain on your system. These are standard Windows drivers and will continue to function normally.
- Restored drivers: Any drivers restored from backups will stay installed and operational.
